Transition Engineering (TE); Systems or Sustainable Transition Engineering (STE) is the engineering practice that re-thinks, re-designs, re-engineers, and re-integrates technologies, products and services to deliver the range of human lifestyle demands supported by global sustainable living standard.

The STE practice is trained on transitioning the human not-sustainable living standard towards a sustainable living standard responsible to our children born and yet to be born. Transition engineering objectives are to extend human life and species on Life-support System Earth.
